The short version
This site is a set of static pages. It has no accounts, no logins and no forms, and it asks for nothing about you. Nothing you do here is sent to us.
Cookies
No cookie is set and no analytics or advertising script is loaded until you agree. Until then the consent banner is the only thing running, and it stores your answer in your own browser so it does not have to ask again. You can change that answer at any time with Privacy settings in the footer.
If you accept, Google AdSense and Google Analytics may set cookies to measure and to choose advertising; their handling of that data is described at policies.google.com/privacy. If you decline, neither script is loaded at all.
What your browser stores
Your consent answer, and the city you chose if you used the find-your-city feature. Both live in your browser only, and clearing your site data removes them.
Location
The site never asks for your location when a page loads. If you tap the button that offers to find your nearest city, your browser asks you first, the coordinates are used in the page to pick a city from our list, and they are not sent anywhere.
Approximate location from your connection
Pages without a city of their own (the home page and the "today" pages) ask our server, after the page has loaded, where your connection appears to come from, as our host Cloudflare estimates it: a city, approximate coordinates and a time zone. The answer is used only inside your browser, to offer you your own local times; you decide whether to switch. It is not logged, not stored and never part of the page itself or of what search engines see.
The "Use my location" button asks your browser for your precise position only when you tap it, and only after your browser has asked you. The position never leaves your device.
Hosting and logs
The site is served by Cloudflare, Inc., which keeps short-lived technical logs of requests, including IP addresses, for security and to keep the service running. We do not use those logs to build any profile.
Who is responsible
the operator of skyphases.com, Poland, contact@skyphases.com. You may ask what data relates to you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and complain to your data protection authority.
